Returns & Right of Withdrawal — FormaLuxe

At a Glance: 30-day returns from receipt of goods. Return postage is paid by the buyer. Your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, please contact us: support@formandluxe.com with your order number.

Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you (including standard delivery charges) without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice — using the same means of payment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back.

The goods must be returned within 14 days. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

2. Voluntary Extended Returns (30 Days)

In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we voluntarily offer you a contractual right of return of 30 days from receipt of the goods. This right is offered alongside your statutory right of withdrawal and does not limit it in any way.

  • Period: 30 days from receipt of the goods
  • Condition: unworn, unwashed, with original labels and in the original packaging
  • Return postage: paid by the buyer
  • Refund: the purchase price of the goods to the original payment method, within 14 days of receipt of the return

To register a return: support@formandluxe.com with your order number. We will send you the return address and a returns reference number.

Exceptions to this voluntary right of return: swimwear and underwear whose hygiene seal or protective strip has been removed, and personalised items. This restriction applies solely to the voluntary 30-day right of return. Your statutory right of withdrawal under section 1 remains entirely unaffected.

3. Free Replacement Delivery for Defective Items (Additional Service)

Independently of the right of withdrawal and returns, for defect notifications raised within 30 days we offer:

  • Manufacturing defect / incorrect size delivered: free replacement delivery
  • Damage in transit: report within 48 hours of delivery (with photographs)

FAQ

How long do I have to return the goods?
30 days from receipt of the goods (voluntary right of return). During the first 14 days, your statutory right of withdrawal also applies.

Who pays for the return postage?
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. In the event of a defect or damage in transit, there is no cost to you — see section 3.

Can I get a refund within 14 days?
Yes — statutory right of withdrawal: full refund to the original payment method, including standard delivery charges.

Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes. Free of charge if an incorrect item was delivered (section 3). If you would like to exchange, please use the 30-day right of return.

Legal Notice: This policy is in accordance with BGB §§ 355–357 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU. The voluntary 30-day right of return is an additional contractual benefit. Your statutory rights are not affected.
