Shipping Policy – FormaLuxe

At FormaLuxe, we work to deliver your order safely and as promptly as possible. Below you will find all the important information about shipping and delivery.

Order Processing Time

Average processing time: up to 5 working days.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a dispatch confirmation by email.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time: 10–15 working days from the dispatch date.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g. customs delays, seasonal peaks), delivery may take up to 25 working days.
Please note: The timeframes quoted are typical estimates and not binding guarantees; variations may occur depending on the destination country and carrier.

Delivery Area

We offer international delivery.
Orders are fulfilled via international logistics partners (dropshipping model), which may affect overall delivery times and the activation of tracking.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout.
During certain promotions, we offer free shipping on selected products or sets.

Order Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive – where available – a tracking number by email.
For international shipments, it may take several hours or days before tracking updates appear.

Split Deliveries

To speed up delivery, split deliveries may be made (items from the same order sent separately) where appropriate.

Damage in Transit

Please report any damage to the packaging or product within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of both the product and the outer packaging.

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. FormaLuxe accepts no liability for delays or losses arising from incorrect address details, failure to be present for delivery, or failure to collect from a collection point in time; the cost of any redelivery may be passed on to you.
Customs duties, taxes, and other charges that may be levied in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
